We send Sue & the family our sympathy and condolences. Peter was kind, highly talented and very modest. He was skilful and considerate doctor, a high flying academic and adroit administrator who made a real impact on medical education and the practice of medicine. He was also a very caring family man. Early in his career I had the good fortune to work alongside him. I could rely absolutely on his integrity and his judgment. Even after he moved on we remained lifelong friends.
